Track Your Order
Every GiftCuztom item is printed just for you, so here's what happens after you place an order:
- Order confirmed — you receive a confirmation email right away.
- In production (2–5 business days) — your names, nicknames, zodiac sign or year are printed on your item.
- Shipped — we email you a tracking number as soon as the package leaves our print partner.
- Delivered (3–7 business days after shipping) within the United States.
Where is my tracking number?
Open the shipping confirmation email from GiftCuztom and click Track your package. You can also see the status of every order by signing in to your customer account with the email you used at checkout.
Tracking hasn't updated?
It can take 24–48 hours for a new tracking number to show movement. If there's been no update for 5 business days, or tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days, email us at phu01648615345@gmail.com with your order number — we'll look into it and, if it's lost, send a free replacement.
