In the 33rd minute, during the opening goal, Ronaldo seized the opportunity after the opposition lost possession, racing towards the goal and delivering a perfect pass to Abdulrahman Ghareeb, who calmly finished the goal.
But Ronaldo’s contribution didn’t stop there. In the second half, he showcased exceptional teamwork by assisting Otavio in scoring, even though he had a chance to take the shot himself.
These assists marked Ronaldo’s 3rd and 4th assists in the Saudi Arabian League and his 5th across all competitions. Remarkably, it was the first time in CR7’s career that he provided assists in four consecutive matches.
This impressive streak began when Al Nassr overturned a deficit to defeat Shabab Al Ahli in the AFC Champions League playoff, with Ronaldo providing the final pass for Marcelo Brozovic’s goal.
He then assisted Sadio Mane in his debut goal against Al Fateh, followed by a hat-trick of goals. In the subsequent match against Al Shabab, the Senegalese forward benefited once more from his Portuguese partner.
Now, facing Al Hazm, Ronaldo reached a career total of 241 assists, including 4 for Sporting, 57 for Manchester United, 120 for Real Madrid, 20 for Juventus, 7 for Al Nassr, and 33 for the Portuguese national team.
However, Ronaldo maintained his scoring habit, adding another goal to his tally, making it 4-1. In the current Saudi Pro League, after five rounds, Ronaldo leads both in goals (6) and assists (4), outperforming ten other players.
