In the midst of ongoing transfer rumors, Kylian Mbappe faces strong opposition from four Real Madrid players even before arriving at Bernabeu.

Mbappe’s future once again becomes a hot topic in the transfer market after the French forward reportedly informed PSG’s management of his intention not to renew his contract after the upcoming season. Real Madrid is seen as the dream destination for Mbappe, as the Spanish giants are keen to have him join forces with Vinicius and Rodrygo to form a formidable attacking trio at Santiago Bernabeu.

However, this desire from Real Madrid is causing discontent among some of their stars. According to El Nacional sources, as many as four players, namely Vinicius, Rodrygo, Joselu, and Brahim Diaz, do not want Kylian Mbappe to join the Los Blancos. It’s evident that all four mentioned players operate in the forward positions, making their concern about potentially losing their playing time to the French striker understandable.

Joselu, Real Madrid’s new signing, will find it challenging to impress coach Carlo Ancelotti if Mbappe dons the white jersey. Brahim Diaz, who recently returned from a loan spell at AC Milan, is also likely to have limited opportunities to prove himself with Mbappe competing for a spot in Real Madrid’s attacking lineup.

Moreover, Mbappe’s presence will exert pressure on Real Madrid’s existing members, notably Vinicius. The World Cup 2018 winner’s preferred position at PSG is the left-wing, a role currently held by Vinicius at Bernabeu. Vinicius is expected to be a key attacking star for Real Madrid after Karim Benzema’s departure, but with Mbappe’s potential arrival, he could face stiff competition for that position. Likewise, Rodrygo would not want to see the PSG striker joining Bernabeu, as it might jeopardize his status as an indispensable player in the team.
