The Kopa Trophy is given to the finest football player under the age of 21 in the world. It bears Raymond Kopa’s name, a renowned French footballer for Real Madrid who won the Ballon d’Or in 1958. The Ballon d’Or ceremony is organized by France Football magazine, which also presents the award. A group of previous Ballon d’Or winners choose the winner.
